The Raffle will be drawn on Saturday October 25, 2008. This raffle is for a 1968 Chevelle 396 SS  convertible

     This raffle is void where prohibited by law. It is open to all persons of 18 years of age or older. Proceeds from the raffle will benefit the LeRoy Area Chamber of Commerce and will be used for the advancement of the Village of LeRoy, Mi.

Prize: This raffle has a single prize of an all original 1968 Chevelle 396 SS  Convertible. 

Odds of Winning: 4400 tickets will be up for sale.  If at least 2300 tickets are not  sold the raffle will be turned into a 50/50 raffle.  

How To Be Eligible: You are eligible to win this raffle by buying a ticket either on line, buying a ticket at a scheduled event or directly from the LeRoy Area Chamber of Commerce or Wrights Custom's.  You must be at least 18 years of age or older to purchase tickets.  You must have a working knowledge of the spoken and written English language. You do not have to be present to win. Persons may enter as often as they like by buying additional tickets.

Drawing: The winner of the raffle will be selected in a random drawing on October 25, 2008  Wrights Customs in LeRoy, Mi.  Persons will be notified by phone or mail. Every reasonable attempt will be made to contact the winner. If the LeRoy Area Chamber of Commerce is unable to contact the winner, the prize will be forfeited and a second drawing will take place at the earliest possible opportunity.   Winner forfeits if not located for notification by Tuesday November 25^th.
  Winner has to claim their prize up to One Month after notification or by December5, 2008, which ever is earliest.

Additional Conditions: Winner's name and information will be retained by the LACC for future announcements of other raffles. By accepting the prize, the winner accepts all rules on this page and must comply with all applicable international, federal, state and local laws. Prize may not be assigned or transferred. Winner will forfeit their prize if the LACC is unable to contact them by November 25, 2008.  Tickets will be sent out within three days of any online ticket purchases. 

Taxes: Winner has to pay any applicable taxes and fees. Taxes and fees include, but are not limited to registration, license and inspection if applicable.  Winner agree to these conditions by excepting prize.
